Position: AM/Manager Sales – Real Estate

Experience: 4+ years in Gurugram Market
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager . The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, developing strategies to achieve targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Strong experience in resale of residential, commercial and land in Gurugram market
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department, including tracking performance metrics.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize property promotion and lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, reporting, and forecasting.
- Provide exceptional client service and resolve escalated issues or concerns.
